Directions for use:

First test a piece of tape on a small piece of skin. In case of skin irritation do not use!

The surface where the tape is used should be clean and dry. Make sure there is no oil, cream or makeup on the piece of skin where you want to stick the tape. Cut a piece off the roll and tape away!

Note that the tape is very stretchy. You don't need to use large pieces.

The tape is easily removable, but to make it completely painless to remove, you can rub a little oil or cream on the tape. You can store the nipple patches back in the pouch after use and reuse them.
